  I was hesitant because of how close it was to the city but I really loved this place. The bathrooms were clean (showers take tokens) host was nice ( had firewood on site $7 or 3 for 20). There are some great spots and a few small duds. We were in 22 and had a hill to our back and a tree for shade. The hiking there is great and the creek and lake are a nice change to most so cal hiking.
  
  I only wish there was a way to have more enforcement of rules. Saw 2 campers chopping tree limbs for firewood in broad daylight. This is clearly posted everywhere but clearly not enforced. I will go again.
