  Used their service, said they would be there at 3:00 his son showed up at 5:30. There was no actual hive removal. His son sprayed the hole the bees were going in an out of and told me to call back in four days if they were still there and they would come back for free as part of their guarantee. Paid him in cash $200.00. Never emailed me a receipt and I have been calling, left several messages and not one returned call. It's been 2 1/2 weeks since then, and the bees are still there.
